"Sickly Heart" has been uploaded for your enjoyment. Some new recording techniques were employed as well as some new mixing ideas, including some retro vocal effects inspired by Extinction Agenda's late 80s/early 90s thrash sound (E.A. slaughter, by the way, check them out on myspace.). I hope it doesn't sound too awful on everyone else's systems.

I will not promise yet again that new tracks are forthcoming. Instead I present but one lonely new piece, "A Shade Of Hopelessness". Get it at the music section like usual. It is perhaps unfinished, or maybe to be expanded upon at a later date. It is short. I am underfunded and can barely afford to properly care for these instruments at present. On a happy note it is one of the fastest pieces I've done so far, and it also boasts polyrhythms in one section and alternating time signatures in the other section. Do enjoy, and if you happen to decipher the lyrics please send them to me. I'd like to hear what others think I'm pissed off about.

Many thanks to the eternally unholy fucking Marduk, Knowface, Theatres Des Vampires, Eaten Alive, and the many others lately who have encouraged increased networking to expose my own music further. (MySpace is supposed to be a sick addiction of sorts, but I've found it useful for promoting music and little else). A few more tracks have been posted. I may post some more in a few days.

The sense of community on myspace's metal scene is overwhelming. It shows a glimmer of hope for the future of music.
Most data cannot be recovered at this time. "Orchestrating Our Demise", most of the Op. 13 sinfonia and epilogue ("You Rotten Fucking Whore") are assumed lost as well and will be considered incomplete or lost until such a time as I can recover the data or feel like replaying, reprogramming, re-everything-ing the whole ordeal. Which will probably be never.

In response to the kindness, patience and understanding of those who remain interested despite my failings, I've offered some new downloads in the mp3s section. One is an older song, two are very new. Non-musically related, a new picture has also been posted -- an outdoors shot taken by Cheryl Kelly. A few more from the March - May period may be posted later, since I haven't felt the same in front of a camera and don't expect any other new photos to surface for a time.
After a catastrophic drive failure on my main computer I was forced to abandon most projects I had going at that time, and subsequent review of backup discs now that I'm on a new system show that I'm going to have to do a lot of backtracking. Some material was lost. Hopefully the sketches and data I recovered will eventually lead to these works (including Op. 13 and two tracks related to it) finally being available for download.
At this time, however, since most of the data cannot be accessed, I've been working on something new that I look forward to presenting sometime near the end of this month. I may post small previews before this, I may not. I'm keeping quiet and hoping that by not mentioning my progress, nothing bad will happen. As I'm usually not superstitious, you can take this as a sign that I've experienced hard drive failure before. Twice.
I hope you continue to revisit and seek updates, though, because they are coming. New music will be offered shortly. Thank you for reading.
